Get one on one coaching support as we brainstorm ideas for a plan to leave a toxic or abusive situation that works best for you and your unique situation. Get emotional support, or just the chance to vent to someone who will listen and understands the experience or narcissistic abuse.
I cannot guarantee that we will come up with a final plan in this session, but we should achieve more clarity and motivation. I intend for you to feel heard, and have more of a sense of control by the end of the call.
The session is 1 hour but if we go over that's fine. I would set it for a longer period if I didnt think ppl could get anxious committing to a 2 hour period.
This will be over zoom. You do not have to use video.
